Answer:
No, I do not have resellers as I ship worldwide. I have builders and designers that buy 6+ twin packs at a time for new houses and various projects and they receive a discount. You will need to contact me for further details..

Answer:
It is not likely you would be able to photogragh your stars with any real quality. You can see the high end Canon 5D MKII that I used for my pictures, I had high iso and long manual exposures and also allowed just enough light in the room so the stars could be seen in context to the room. The Tokina fish eye lens was also critical in capturing the whole ceiling close up. A lot of customers have tried to capture the stars with basic camera's but not one has even come close yet. I would love to have at least one customer photo on my star photo page but because I know how hard it is I won't hold my breath :(

Answer:
The stars are the development of many years work and even though they don't look like they could do anything during the day just trust me and put them up according to my instructions. Once they are fitted and your room is dark you will see what the stars actually do and this scepticism will be replaced with amazement.

Answer:
Yes, when you see the micro size of my stars you will see they are not a chocking hazard they are simply to small. The three blue giants have a tiny bit of size and if they are a concern for you bond them up with silicone in place of their own adhesive.

Answer:
The slope won't matter but the stars are designed to have a minimum distance of 5 feet from the viewers eyes when looking directly up. If the ceiling slopes lower than this above the viewers eyes start the stars a little further forward to keep the minimum distance of 5 feet.

Answer:
At the start when you first turn the light off all the stars are at a high level but the stars nearest your room light are even higher so the light balance stars balance out this effect for around 40 minutes and then die off. After 30 to 40 minutes all the stars go to their designed level and there is no further need for the light balance stars. All this means is that you will see a perfect star effect around 15 minutes sooner than without them.

Answer:
No, my stars can only be fitted once and you would never get them to work a second time even if you managed to glue them because they would not be in the correct order. They are supplied to you in a way that will give you a perfect effect.

Answer:
A shipping delay is no cause for concern and in the years I have been selling my products I have not had a single order not be delivered using the shipping service that I use. Customs authorites in your Country may delay the import in some cases.

|
Answer:
There is no set end time of the stars they have the potential to work endlessly but provided your ceiling is clean and dry and your ceiling paint is not flaky or peeling when you fit the stars they should continue shinning for decades. |

|
Answer:
For my bedroom stars even though the stars are multiple glow colour they will appear to give off a whitish light, there will be a soft blue aura around the stars and even though this will be hard to see it is an important part of the super realism you will get from the star kit. |
| |
|
Answer:
Yes, however as the viewing distance is much greater than a regular height ceiling of 8 to 10 feet room darkness will be more critical in order to see the very fine detail and movement stars at distance. Also it will take more effort and time to put the stars up as the ceiling is harder to reach. |

Answer:
The XVR-530 has been designed for bedrooms only and needs to be in darkness with no interfering light. They will not work in a theatre room, you would need to use a fibre optic system. I have customers that set up my bedroom stars in their theatre rooms and listen to music under the stars before or after movies and in that way provided the room is dark from all other light the stars will work perfect. A new XVR version will be released soon for theatre rooms. |

|
Answer:
Back years ago when I first started my ceiling art I needed a name for my product something that sums up what it does so I decided on XVR-530 with the letters meaning Xtreme variation and realism and the numbers for the amount of stars in the kit. |
| |
|
Answer:
No, with my latest XVR star kits you will see movement almost instantly and the full effect as soon as your eyes adjust to the dark in around 15-30 minutes. |
| |
|
Answer:
Even though you may get them off if you are careful they are not designed to be removed and you may damage your ceiling paint. When you see the effect on your ceiling you will not want to remove them :)
A few customers that rent have laminated large white paper sheets then placed the stars on the sheets and then just hung them on a wall side by side like huge star posters, I have been told it works great as a mobile star feature but have not had the time to trial it myself. |

|
Answer:
No light is needed if your room gets regular daylight. If you do use a light make sure it's not too bright or you may over charge your stars and it will take longer to see the actual effect. If you have the XVR-530 stars you can use your light as little or as much as you like as they are now not effected by over charging however they may still be over charged by using a UV black light and once over charged it will take longer to see the truly realistic star effect. |

Answer:
No, my latest glow in the dark stars vary in size, mass, colour and glow strength and it's this combination that will provide you with the ultimate night sky illusion! |
| |
|
Answer:
If you try and compare the price of my stars to the crap flooding the market then yes they cost more. My star kits are the only ones in the world that will give you a truly realistic night sky and all of the stars are hand made under magnification, there is nothing comparable here. |
| |
|
Answer:
Yes, normal painted ceilings will be fine and I have been told they work on popcorn or textured ceilings by some customers also. The stars should be applied to the ceiling within 3 months of receiving the product as long term storage may result in the adhesive drying out on the star bases and failed adhesion to the ceiling. |
| |
|
Answer:
No, The star light is very soft and will not penetrate your eye lids, your eye lids are like an on/off switch and once they are closed the light is gone. |
